Kinesis’ Project Management Team consists of senior program leaders with at least a 10-year+ track record in the innovative Pharma industry. They have proven to be able to set up and manage complex drug development programs. They are well aware that these programs need to be executed under high time pressure, while maintaining the highest quality level.

These program leaders not only have a broad view on drug development and often additional PhD-level expertise in specific areas, they also have excellent communication skills and client focus, making sure that the client experience is, as if he/she is running the program on internal resources, while these resources are provided fully or partially by Kinesis.

As Kinesis looks “into many kitchens” we have been distilling best practices from those over the years, while keeping an eye on new initiatives to shorten overall timelines, without loss of quality and with a clear perception of “nice-to-haves” and “need-to-haves” within the program.
